This is the fifth of six courses in the Coordinated Access series. This course provides further detail beyond the Introduction to By-Name List and Introduction to Coordinated Access courses and builds on the Community Participation and System Entry and Access courses in this series. In this course, you will learn what comprises “housing resources” in the context of Coordinated Access, how to assess progress, how to strategically identify and engage housing resources for Coordinated Access, and how to complete a Housing Resource Inventory. This course is intended for those who are leading the implementation and improvement of their local Coordinated Access system.
